We've been working with Eteach (www.eteach.com) for over a year now, so we were delighted to be asked to work with them on the value proposition for their new recruitment solution developed specifically for the educational market. School Recruiter is powered by social, mobile, analytic and cloud technologies, providing schools and colleges with a suite of tools to attract, screen, recruit and hire the very best teaching talent.

"Times have changed, so has recruitment" was the basis of the brief and we created a video to depict the change from 'chaos' to 'calm' in the world of the HR Manager. We supported eteach by developing a story from their script and spent a day filming staff who were happy to be actors. Post production involved building motion graphics and editing smooth transitions across the different work environments, moving from HR Manager to Candidate to School Head across the recruitment process.
